Each datasheet is anchored on three sources: official supplier data, the applicable standard (DIN / ISO / EN) and an explicit comparison with the other variants in the same group (e.g. A2 vs A4, 2Z vs 2RS1). No invented specs: unsupported content is rejected before publication.

Shipping is done directly by the partner supplier, not by a MecaIndus warehouse. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as it is generated. Target time: 24 to 72 business hours for references in supplier stock.

Parts are of supplier origin, traceability by batch number kept for 10 years (accounting / quality obligation). In the event of technical non-conformity noted on delivery, return is possible within 14 days.

If the reference is no longer available from the supplier, payment is fully refunded via Stripe: no credit note, no blocking. In parallel you receive an email notification with, if relevant, the closest replacement variant from the catalogue.
