- M/F indicates a threaded connection with a male end on one side and a female end on the other. This arrangement allows the valve to be inserted between two existing female fittings without dismantling or rotating the piping, facilitating replacement or addition on an existing circuit.
- Is the 1 1/4" thread interchangeable with ball valves from other brands?
- The 1 1/4" size corresponds to DN32, standardised according to ISO 228-1 (parallel BSP) or ISO 7/1 (tapered BSP).
