In cases of heavy contamination or in sectors such as woodworking and food processing, fitting full-length rubber or coated fabric bellows is necessary. These bellows cover the entire stroke of the shaft, guaranteeing complete protection against external contaminants.
• How can I precisely adjust the parallelism between two rails?

  Fine adjustment of the parallelism between two parallel rails, or alignment of a block relative to its rail, is achieved using shim plates, also known as shims. These calibrated shims are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.05 to 1 mm. They compensate for assembly deviations and ensure optimal geometry of your entire linear guide assembly.
